You Asked, We Answered
What is Sweetie’s Spot?
Sweetie’s Spot is a dessert brand centered around comfort, joy, and thoughtful connection. We make oversized cookies filled with flavor and meaning—each one paired with a sweet or uplifting quote to remind you (or someone you love) to pause, smile, and savor the moment.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best within 5–7 days at room temperature. To keep them longer, pop them in the freezer—just reheat and enjoy like they’re fresh out of the oven.
What’s the best way to reheat my cookies?
We recommend 10–15 seconds in the microwave or 5–7 minutes in a 300°F oven for that perfect gooey center.
Can I place a custom or bulk order?
Not at this time—but we’re working on it! Follow us on Instagram @sweeties_spot or join the email list to be the first to know when custom ordering becomes available.
What’s inside your cookies?
Each cookie is made with premium ingredients and stuffed with fillings like cookie butter, chocolate, or soft centers—flavors may rotate, but they’re always baked fresh and full of love.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our products contain wheat, dairy, and eggs and are made in a kitchen where nuts and other allergens may be present. We don’t currently offer allergen-free options.
Why do your treats come with quotes?
Because everyone deserves a little encouragement with their dessert. Each treat is paired with a short message to spark joy, kindness, or a good laugh—like a warm hug in cookie form.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Oceanside, Ca but we ship cookies nationwide.
What’s the heart behind Sweetie’s Spot?
Our goal is simple: spread sweetness. Whether it’s a box of cookies for yourself or a gift for someone else, we want each order to feel like a small, delicious reminder that you matter.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
We want you to love every bite! If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery using our contact page: Lets Chat, Sweetie. Include your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll do our best to make it right.
