Shipping Policy
All cookies are made fresh to order and ship from Oceanside, CA. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from your selected ship date. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Once your order leaves our kitchen, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses—so please double-check your info before checking out.
Warm weather note: During hot months, please bring your package inside as soon as it arrives to prevent melting.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we do not offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery through our Let’s Chat, Sweetie page with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll do our best to make it right.
